The aim of counselling and psychotherapy is to provide you with an opportunity to explore changes that have happened in your life, or to help you to reach decisions about situations in the future.
Simply call us in confidence on 0208 890 3133.
You can book an appointment between 10am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
Outside these hours please leave a message and your call will be returned the next day. Messages left on Friday will be returned the following Monday.
You will be invited in for an initial meeting, which lasts for approximately thirty minutes.
This meeting will give you the opportunity to explore how counselling might be supportive of what you would like to change in your life.
There is no charge for this appointment.
When you call we aim to offer you an initial meeting within 7 days of your call and then allocate your first counselling appointment within ten days of the initial meeting.
Phoenix occasionally has a waiting list and you will be informed of its length at the time of your initial meeting.
Phoenix offers short-term counselling which is usually around 12-24 sessions as well as long term which can be for as long as you wish to access our services.
You will be offered a session time that suits you, if you are a shift worker we can also offer counselling that fits in line with your shifts.
