Alternatively, you may be looking for 1:1 advice.
In which case please click on 'New request for 1:1 advice' where you will be able to set up a 'SEND Advice case' and book an initial 30 minute phone or video call or a 45 minute face to face appointment.
This guide provides information on how to do this.
Once you have requested an appointment, a link labelled 'My SEND Advice cases' will be visible in the top right corner when you log on to the Skylarks website, where you will be able to upload paperwork, see any subsequent updates and contact the SEND Advice Service. Details on how to do this are here.
Please note there is likely to be a minimum delay of 1 week before we can offer an available appointment slot.
Most queries are managed in-house, but we also commission the services of Fiona Slomovic from AMC Ltd for more complex cases. These appointments will be arranged by the SEND advice service if after an assessment it is agreed input from Fiona is required. Please note these appointments are limited to 30 minutes and Fiona will not be managing the case, it is for advice only. Any ongoing support will be provided by Skylarks if you require it.
Please contact advocacy@skylarks.charity if you have any questions.
