Ascent is a partnership within the London Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) consortium delivering a range of services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and abuse. The London VAWG Consortium works to end violence against women and girls. It is made up of 29 organisations.

Counselling / talking therapy. It helps to increase insight into particular challenges you are facing such as depression, anxiety, stress, drug and alcohol issues, self-esteem, bereavement and relationship problems. It empowers you to make your own choices and enables you to deal with your issues.
