Who are our Digital Champions?
We recruit and train residents who have a keen interest supporting others to develop their digital skills.
Many of our Champions are on their own learning journey towards employment and we aim to support and equip them with the necessary experience.
What can I expect?
You will be greeted by a Digital Champion who will support you with any fundamental digital challenges you may have. This could be help with accessing emails, online shopping, navigating through your device, support with online forms etc.
If you are interested in advancing your skills, you will be given more information on this.
How often can I come?
We run drop-ins in many different locations - you're welcome to come whenever you like during the available time slots. Its totally flexible with no commitment - just drop in!
Locations:
This will be in-person based in libraries and other centres in the Borough:
Hounslow Library - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday afternoons from 2pm-5pm
Job Centre Plus Hounslow - Wednesday and Thursday morning from 11am-1pm
Feltham Library - Every 2 weeks on Thursday morning starting 11/09/2025, from 11am-1pm
