The idea of Talk Club to get blokes to start small talking groups with your mates. Man time. You're not doing this because anything is wrong. In fact the complete opposite it's all about keeping mentally fit. Please remember that this is a talking group and not a therapy group.

Together we can change the way we look after our mental health and end suicide.
The groups are relaxed, informal and non-judgemental - a place where men can simply go in and get off their chest what's been happening in their week.
We all experience life's highs and lows and, we believe, TALK CLUB can be there for both. We have set up a thriving online Private, Men-only Facebook group. It's a fantastic welcoming community of men simply getting stuff off their chest daily.

We are working to reduce suicides in Hounslow, but we can’t do this without the help of partners, community groups and residents. We need your help to raise awareness, spread the word and reduce stigma. Together we can make a difference.

We offer recovery support to residents of Hounslow with mental health needs. The service has a strong partnership within the statutory, voluntary and community sectors and is enhanced by supervised Social Work Students and supported volunteers.
