Community Solutions - early support for people in need

Community Solutions provide a range of high quality and cost-effective interventions and solutions for the local community through signposting, referring to voluntary and community partner services and access into assessments for statutory services such as housing or social services.

Support is available in the areas of mental health, financial insecurity, employment and skills, food poverty, social isolation, digital inclusion, support for young people, carers, adult social care and physical health problems such as diabetes.
