  • 16 - 18 years
  • 19 - 20 years
  • 3 - 19 year olds
  • 5 - 11 years

What is this service?

About our service

  • Children and young people aged 3-19 years

  • Play, creative & talk-based counselling & therapy

  • One to one sessions - face to face or telehealth (Zoom or phone)

  • 50 minute session (younger children may want to use a briefer time)

  • Daytime, evening and weekends

  • Term-time & out of term-time, during school holidays & breaks

  • Longer-term support available

  • Holistic, bespoke person-led sessions

  • Child-Centred & personalised approach - progresses at child or young person's pace

  • Child-led opportunities for therapeutic sensory & regressive play and creativity

  • Child Development, Attachment, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) & Trauma Informed

  • Fully qualified and registered (MBACP & BAPT)

  • Child & young person-friendly assessments & outcome measures used, as well as of formal standardised measures

Families are unique - we are all different from each other. Our child-led, person-centred approach fully supports children, young people and their families from a wide range of backgrounds and ethnicities.

About us

We're a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. Any surplus is used to cover the costs and provide sessions for families who can't ordinarily afford them (see our website for more details).

Reduced Fees:

These may be available for families available for families living in social housing, & receiving low incomes & benefits. Please ask for more information.
