Day Opportunities

Our Activity and Resource Centre (The ARC) in Ealing and our centres at Astley, Kentwood and Cotmandene are lively centres in Ealing and Bromley. As well as offering excellent resources onsite, including sensory rooms, music rooms, arts and crafts, health and beauty, games, gardens, a men’s club and chill out areas, they also act as a hub for the many activities and events we organise within the local community. Staff are committed to supporting people with learning disabilities to participate in meaningful activities which see’s them build positive relationships, provide support to their peers and play an active role in the community.

The Dominion Centre

The team at The Dominion Centre in Southall support people with profound and complex learning disabilities. Sessions are carefully designed to support people to develop their motor skills, self-expression and enjoy therapeutic benefits in an environment designed specifically for them. Specialist staff at The Dominion Centre use a variety of communication approaches including feedback and response vocalisation sessions, personalised technology as well as Makaton and PECs. The team work closely with local services to ensure people have good access to occupational therapists, physiotherapy, wheelchair services and music therapists.
