Looking to improve your health with expert support? The Exercise on Referral Programme by More Life and Lampton Leisure, part of Healthy Hounslow, is here to help!
Who’s it for?
Adults (18+) in Hounslow who are inactive and living with conditions like obesity, diabetes, arthritis, or mild depression.
Where?
At Lampton Leisure Centres across Isleworth, Brentford, Heston, Hanworth & Chiswick.
Programme Length?
Up to 12 months, starting with a tailored 12-week plan.

Quality of Instructors
Lampton Leisure employs qualified instructors who follow nationally recognised frameworks like Swim England’s Learn to Swim for aquatic sessions.
Lampton also offers funded training for swim teachers, lifeguards, and pool plant operators, ensuring staff are well-trained and upskilled.
Parking
Parking is at your own risk, but it is free for two- three hours by registering your vehicle on the PayByPhone App.
Appointments & Booking Process
Non-members (including EOR participants) must register as pay-as-you-go users to book activities.
You can book via: The Lampton Leisure website, the Lampton Leisure app (available on iOS and Android).
Check-in is required within 10 minutes of your booking start time to avoid being marked as a no-show.

Lampton Leisure offer a variety of sporting activities within the centres. Tennis, Football, Junior gym sessions, Badminton, Multisport and Squash. These sessions are available to book on the Lampton Leisure website, or app.
