Lampton Leisure is a dedicated partnership with Healthy Hounslow, we are proud to offer a wide range of physical activities and the Exercise on Referral programme designed for the community’s wellbeing.
What is this activity?
Lampton Leisure invites young people in the community to join their free physical activity sessions.
These sessions are delivered in partnership with Brentford FC Community Trust and The Positive Movement Project.
For children between the ages of 11-15 in Hounslow.

Join South Asian Heritage Girls Football on Mondays (4.30pm - 6.30pm) at Heston Pools and Fitness.

Multi-sports on Tuesdays (4.30pm - 6.30pm) at Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre.

Street Dance sessions on Wednesdays (4.30pm - 6.30pm) at Hanworth Airpark Leisure Centre.
Bookings are available 7 days before the program starts.
