With 1.5 million households with no access to the internet (Ofcom, 2021) and 10 million people in the UK lacking basic digital skills (Lloyds CDI, 2021), digitally excluded people in the UK are being left behind.
The Good Things Foundation established the National Device Bank to distribute refurbished devices to community organisations and charities that promote digital inclusion. These devices have been donated by organisations.
If you’re a community organisation in London that is supporting or wants to support your community members to get online and access the benefits of digital - then joining Good Things Foundation will help you do exactly that.
The aim is to reach digitally excluded citizens with these devices to benefit their lives.
