Health awareness sessions

We provide non-judgmental services to the migrant, refugee and asylum seeker communities of West London. We do so, regardless of religion, race, gender, sexuality or politics.

Our multi-lingual volunteers can deliver them in Swahili, Arabic, Somali and Ethiopian, as well as English.

Health awareness sessions may include activities such as:

• Yoga

• Light exercise sessions

• Healthy eating and cooking workshops

• Sporting activities (e.g swimming)

• FGM counselling

• Health and wellbeing workshops
