GOS&D and Hearty fitness's 'Be kind to your Mind' workshops.
These are weekly sessions which begin on Wednesday 23rd February involving health, fitness and mental health sessions. As well as exploring key burning issues related to mind, heart and soul and providing a safe space for those who wish to develop. This is an exciting initiative aimed to get people social, active and mindful.
How do I sign up?
Simply email us or give us a call. We will get back to you as soon as you can. However be quick to ensure you do not miss out as spaces are limited.
Is this counselling or therapy?
We do not serve as a platform for counselling or therapy, however our aim is to explore common issues related to mental health and ways to demystify the taboos associated with mental health. In turn providing you with the confidence to live your life and help others in the best way possible.

We aim to improve mental health & reduce loneliness through fitness, sport, movement & play. We do this through year-round accessible activities that are centred around moving to feel good & connection whilst becoming proactive about mental health.
