Our Carers Shopping Card service provides a secure and convenient way for carers to access smaller amounts of money to pay for things for the people that they care for. This protects the carer and their clients in a transparent way.
What is this service?
Richmond Carers Centre offers free and confidential information, advice and emotional support over the phone, by email or in person at the Centre.
Carers who register with Richmond Carers Centre can also access a full range of services including a regular quarterly newsletter, wellbeing service, complementary therapy service, regular groups, activities and short cultural trips, carers workshops and learning opportunities, support with completing grant applications, help navigating the social care system, signposting and referrals to other organisations.
