Club Programmes

Children from 5-10 years old will discover their love for tennis through using appropriate speed tennis balls on smaller courts. In groups of no more than 6:1 ratios, our Tennis Coaches ensure your child learns the correct fundamentals all whilst having great fun on court.

Junior Squads

Sessions are for developing juniors aged 10-16 who enjoy being competitive and training in a rigorous and demanding environment. Players work within small groups on technique, tactics and movement. A physical trainer is incorporated into the sessions to assist both general physical development and tennis specific skills. Players must be ready for a demanding session and bring a positive attitude to all challenges.

Performance programme

For children taking their training extremely seriously & aim to attend RPDC. Players are invited to work in small groups of a 4:1 ratio. Our staff support parents to ensure that players have a weekly tennis schedule which realistically aims for Regional and National level events. Physical assessments are carried out throughout the term by our sports science team to ensure required fitness levels are achieved. Competitions are organised and supported by our development team.

Adult coaching

Adult coaching is available either in individual sessions or as shared lessons with up to 4 players.

Adult’s Night are drop in sessions for intermediate and advanced level players.

Ladies Morning is for intermediate players or those looking to get back into tennis.

Our adult team tennis is for** high quality players**. To take part in these drop in sessions you must have an LTA ranking and be invited by the club. If you’d like an invitation please pop into our tennis office or give us a call on 0208 994 3314 opt 1.
