What is this service?

If you think that you or someone you know might need care, it can be difficult to know where to start looking or what your options are. Care Concierge is a confidential telephone advisory service that can help you understand and find later life care. Our Care Concierge team have extensive knowledge of the care industry and are completely impartial, allowing you to make an informed decision on the care option that is right for you.

  • Free initial 15 minute consultation to answer any simple care questions you have - no cost, no obligation.

  • Find out if you're eligible for state support and your suitability for financial advice.

  • Personalised support also available with 3 levels of service: Guidance, Research and Liaison.

Whether you just need answers to a few pressing questions, or support finding a care home and understanding the costs, our Care Concierge service can help.

15-Minute Consultation (Free)

Speak to our care experts to get answers to any straightforward care questions you might have. They can also assess whether you are entitled to any state funding for care.

Guidance (£60)

In addition to your 15-minute consultation, get more detailed information and guidance from our care experts about your care options during a 30-minute call. You'll also receive an email detailing your conversation and the information given.

Research (£300)

As well as having access to the guidance service, our research tier can help if you're looking for the availability and pricing information of care providers in your area. After discussing your care needs our experts will build a comprehensive report of local providers and share this with you.

Liaison (£600)

Our liaison service provides everything covered by research and allows you to benefit from the experience and knowledge of our care experts, who can act on your behalf to talk with health and social care professionals or negotiate the best care rates.
