What is this service?

The service provides support for people who otherwise can’t access counselling at the moment. Perhaps the people, groups or services that you usually turn to for support aren’t currently available, and you don’t have the spare cash to pay for therapy. We are also offering our support to NHS workers on the front lines.

We are offering up to 6 free counselling sessions. Each session is 50 minutes long. Please get in touch with us if you:

  1. Are already experiencing multiple challenges in life?

  2. Have pre-existing mental health issues?

  3. Are experiencing domestic or other abuse?

  4. Are self-isolating and have little or no support from friends, family or neighbours?

  5. Are a healthcare worker on the front lines

What will happen?

1. Fill in the form below with your availability and let us know the kind of support you need.

2. Based on your support needs and availability, we will put you in touch with a counsellor. Our counsellors are from different European countries.

3. You will meet either on the phone or online (using Zoom or Skype) depending on what you prefer. Ideally you will meet at the same time, on the same day, for three consecutive weeks, though if you can't do this, we will do our best to be flexible.

4. During the sessions the therapist will offer a supportive space for you to talk and explore what you want to.
