What is this service?

We provide non-judgmental services to the migrant, refugee and asylum seeker communities of West London. We do so, regardless of religion, race, gender, sexuality or politics. In addition, we also provide counselling to FGM victims (our workers are CHANGE Agent Certified).

Our multi-lingual volunteers can deliver them in Swahili, Arabic, Somali and Ethiopian, as well as English.

In order to support mental health ILAYS provide the following as part of their counselling service:

  • Advice & Advocacy

  • Enabling access to mental health services

  • Parent and teen support group

  • Referrals & Signposting services

  • Coffee mornings

  • Visiting historical parks

  • Walking groups

  • Meditation
