What is this group?

Enjoy singing, gentle exercise, in the company of others who understand dementia and memory issues. Singing for the Brain: bringing people affected by dementia together to sing a variety of songs you know and love, in a fun friendly environment. Ba Duan Jin (Qigong): simple dementia-friendly mind-body exercise form using meditation, breathing and movement.
