Enjoy rotating weekly dementia-friendly activities to keep the brain and body active with singing and gentle exercise, music and arts, reminiscences and talks and a friendly chat in a safe space.
1st Tuesday of the month – Singing for the Brain (dementia-friendly fun singing)
2nd Tuesday of the month – Ba Duan Jin (Qigong) – simple gentle movement exercise
3rd Tuesday of the month – Art and craft activities
4th / 5th Tuesdays – Reminiscences and relevant informative talks
