We provided targeted support to residents who are unemployed and have the right to work, helping them explore good-quality jobs, training or volunteering opportunities.
This support is designed for residents who need extra help accessing opportunities and services, including those with special education needs and disabilities (SEND) and those who have been in care.
From their first meeting with employment advisors to developing career plans, preparing applications and landing a job, we provide guidance every step of the way.
We also work closely with local businesses and organisations to create meaningful pathways for residents who have experienced barriers to employment, building local talent and promoting an inclusive and diverse working environment.
