Fresh Start offers a range of activities that will have a positive impact on you both physically and mentally.
At the heart of our service is you. You will be involved in designing the programme of activities on offer, have the opportunity to learn how to deliver a session, set personal goals to work towards and get the support you need to achieve them, all in a friendly relaxed environment.
Based at Trailfinders Sports Club, Ealing, we have the space to offer a range of activities that will have a positive impact on you now and in your future.
Activities include everything from yoga, boccia and tennis to healthy eating, music and art. A range of activities to keep everyone interested.
