Each week will see us explore a different nature inspired topic, such as 'Our Roots', 'Nourishment', 'The Changing Seasons' etc which we will use to apply metaphors to our own lives, developing tools to help us get through tough times become more aware of our own coping strategies as well as learning new ones.
Sessions take place on Mondays from 10am-12 at The Bedfont Lane Community Centre and are free to attend. For over 18s only.
Due to the nature of the activities you may need to seek GP advice if you have any pre-existing medical conditions that can make exercise dangerous for you.
The exercise element of the programme changes week to week but includes dance fitness, stretch and mobility sessions, strength work, chair fitness, boxercise as well as team games amongst other activities.
Wear clothes comfortable to move in with trainers.
