Although we work out of several locations and try to be flexible with appointment times, sometimes, because of client work patterns, or problems with mobility or lack of childcare, we offer phone counselling instead.

All of our counsellors are very experienced and work in a caring way to help you understand why you're feeling the way you are and what you can do to feel better that will sustain you moving forward.
