Phoenix Therapy Centre is open to offer face to face and online counselling to adults, children, parents, and couples.
What is this service?
Our helpline is accessible from 11am-11pm, 365 days a year.
You’ll be able to speak to one of our trained staff, who have experience supporting those in or nearing crisis. You will be asked some basic information, and we will then provide personalised support.
People use our service for a variety of reasons. Possibly you are unsure how to manage a difficult situation or need an external person to speak to. Our helpline is also available for carers seeking support for loved ones.
No matter the situation, we aim to work with you in resolving your crisis on the day and if not we can point you in the right direction.
