Citizens Advice Hounslow provides free, confidential, independent and impartial advice. Our service is open to all, but we particularly support the more vulnerable people in our community.
What is this service?
What Is The Cost?
The cost to access this service is simply a fixed fee of **£150. **You would like us to undertake any additional work based on the benefit assessment results we can, of course, help and will charge an additional, reasonable fee, which we will agree with you beforehand (for example if we need to complete benefit forms or represent at tribunal level)
If we are required to undertake additional work after the initial assessment we will charge a flat hourly rate of £75 however our preference is to agree a fixed price for any additional work to ensure absolute transparency. There is zero VAT to pay on our fees. The Money Carer Foundation has full Professional Indemnity Insurance covering this service.
