There are many things you can do to reduce your risk of falling including drinking enough water, looking after your feet, making sure your home is free from clutter, having regular eye tests and wearing suitable footwear.
ARC Hounslow is a service provided in partnership by CNWL and Phoenix Futures as a free and confidential service for people who live in the London Borough of Hounslow.

The service helps people break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine, and new psychoactive substance as well as long term alcohol addiction. Many people turn to drink or drugs as a way of dealing with negative feelings, such as depression, stress, trauma or anxiety.
We work with people at any stage of their alcohol or drug difficulties to provide a single point of access to assessment and treatment for problems.
We recognise the importance of providing treatment for both the substance misuse problem, as well as any associated emotional / mental health issues.
Any health or social care professional can make a referral on your behalf.
You can also self-refer to the service in person or contact us by phone.

The idea of Talk Club to get blokes to start small talking groups with your mates. Man time. You're not doing this because anything is wrong. In fact the complete opposite it's all about keeping mentally fit. Please remember that this is a talking group and not a therapy group.
