Find Your Fit is a ten week programme that gives you the chance to explore different types of fitness styles. Suitable for complete beginners we will help you gain confidence and show that exercise can be a valuable tool to support mental health.

The programme takes place at The Bedfont Lane Community Centre on Mondays from 1-2pm
