Find Your Fit is a ten week programme that gives you the chance to explore different types of fitness styles. Suitable for complete beginners we will help you gain confidence and show that exercise can be a valuable tool to support mental health.

What is this service?

Sessions are centred around moving to feel good and across the ten weeks different exercise styles are explored.

3rd June Introductory Session with taster activies

10th & 17th June Zumba

24th June & 1st July Chair Fitness

8th & 15th Pilates

22nd & 29th July HIIT

5th August Active Play

The programme takes place at The Bedfont Lane Community Centre on Mondays from 1-2pm
