service
Provide counselling and bereavement support in order to offer mental health support. Appointments needed to take part in service and ID documents required.
Your call will be answered by one of our volunteers, all of whom have been bereaved by suicide themselves. They will listen to you and answer any questions you may have. If you would like them to, they will post a copy of our support booklet and other information to you.

Our helpline is available between 9am and 9pm, 7 days per week, 52 weeks of the year. It provides an opportunity to talk confidentially with someone who has been bereaved by suicide and to know that you are not alone in your experience.
It can take courage to make that first call – if you find that you hang up, you are welcome to call again. Many people find that they are initially not sure what they would talk about – but after a few minutes they find they are talking freely about what is on their mind.
I need to talk to someone outside these hours
If our helpline is not open when you want to talk, you may wish to try our email service – though we cannot guarantee an immediate response, many people find that the act of writing down their thoughts is very helpful. If you need to talk with someone and we are not open, you might like to try the Samaritans – their free phone number is 116 123. They do not provide the same service but they will listen to you and provide support.
