The Hounslow Wellbeing Network is a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing mental and physical wellbeing for all.
We connect people, organisations, and services to create a supportive environment where individuals can embark on journeys of personal recovery and combat challenges such as social isolation, loneliness, depression, and anxiety. Co-produced and co-designed by Hounslow residents, our network comprises local people, friends, families, carers, and professionals living and working in the borough.
We are committed to reducing stigma around mental illness and improving the health and well-being of our local residents.
Our referral methods are as follows:
Self Referral (walk ins): Just walk in to the Arts Centre and register yourself as a member for free. This can be at an event or at any other time
Self referral (Online): Use the form on our website or email us with your basic information such as name, email address, phone number, and postcode and we will get back to you.
GP: Ask your GP or service provider to refer you to the Hounslow Wellbeing Network.
If you or someone you know needs help in a mental health crisis, call the Trust’s 24/7 mental health helpline on: Freephone 0800 328 4444 or visit the SPA (Single Point of Access) page.
Being part of the Wellbeing Network has enhanced my life, and I believe it can help us to move towards prevention, rather than cure.
