Citizens Advice Hounslow provides free, confidential, independent and impartial advice. Our service is open to all, but we particularly support the more vulnerable people in our community.
What is this service?
Our services include the following:

Housing Law - We can advise and represent on most legal issues including possession claims, evictions, rent arrears, security of tenure and life-threatening disrepair if you qualify for Legal Aid. For those who do not qualify we offer low not-for-profit rates.

Family Law - We only provide advice and representation for fee paying clients at not-for-profit rates in the areas of divorce, Children Act matters and financial proceedings. Unfortunately we do not have a Legal Aid contract for Family Law.

Employment Law - We can represent you in unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, all types of discrimination and unlawful deduction of wages claims. If you live in West London and are on a low income, we may be able to assist you free of charge. If you do not meet this criteria, we can offer low not-for-profit rates.
Employment Rights Service - Advice on all employment law matters for employees and workers appointments available for residents of Hounslow & High Wycombe now.

Immigration Law - We provide FREE OISC Level 3 Immigration Advice and Casework services to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in the areas of Botwell, Pinkwell, Townfield, Yiewsley, West Drayton and Heathrow Villages. We can also offer private fee paying services.
