Access Support- The Wellness Workouts
A free 10-week programme to support your mental health.
Access Support is part of The Mental Health Borough Blend, a brand new collaborative programme delivered by The Positive Movement Project and Tale Be Told Theatre. Through a range of activities and events, we aim to provide preventative support to improve mental health in the community.
The Wellness Workouts equips you with tools to support your own mental health and wellbeing and utilises exercise and movement to explore a different topic each week. Suitable for beginners to fitness and those experiencing difficulty with their mental wellbeing (anxiety, stress, low mood, loneliness).
By the end of the course you will see an improvement to your physical and mental wellbeing and feel more connected to others in your community.
